Consultancy
Be All You Can works with individuals and organisations from all sectors (business, statutory and voluntary), who want to change aspects of their work and/or life. This includes:
- Consultancy – with a team of experienced, well established and respected facilitators, who have a reputation for quality consultative intervention, the consultants support organisations with strategic thinking, organisational review and restructuring and a range of consultancy tasks (training, fundraising, feasibility studies, quality assurance, etc).
- Organisational Development Programmes – the creation and implementation of a range of processes that are aimed at increasing the capacity of organisations and the effective communication between different work teams, groups, departments or partnerships.
- Team Building – designing flexible ways of working that enhance team functioning or group effectiveness. The programmes provided can be tailored to small executive groupings, management teams and other groups wanting to explore and develop the way they work together.
Be All You Can aims to provide services which allow people to take control and have responsibility for their health and well-being which in turn reduces their reliance on statutory services and medical attention. We use training, self development programmes and complimentary therapy services to encourage individuals to take responsibility for their own health and encourage the exploration of strategies that do not rely on professional ‘rescue’ and which involve becoming less reliant on harmful behaviours. In addition, we are conscious that in light of the Personalisation Agenda it is important for Health and Social care providers to be able to offer flexible and tailored services which meet the needs of personal budget holders. Due to the range of service we offer, we believe we can become a ‘hub’ of service delivery in this arena. For example, a service user we currently support attended a Life Skills course which led to attending several counselling sessions to look at issues of bereavement and also led to accessing a massage therapist during their appointment times both as a ‘reward’ and motivating factor, but also as a means of managing stress.
An example of the current Health Development training we provide is:
Recovery and Life Skills Programme –designed to increase esteem and develop self confidence – used successfully with addiction recovery groups
Men’s Health Programme – designed for working with ex offenders and which includes anger management strategies, social integration and community engagement.
Nutrition and Eating Disorder Support alongside practical cooking training, to look at areas of eating disorder and body issues
